By accessing or using the Super Samruddhi E-Canteen website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Service

Super Samruddhi E-Canteen is an online platform that allows users to order groceries, food items, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, packaged goods, and household essentials for home delivery.

2. User Account & Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate personal, contact, and delivery information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities performed using it.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a parent or guardian to place orders.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, prices, and images.
However, actual product packaging, color, or appearance may differ slightly.

Availability of all products is subject to stock.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as shown.
Delivery charges, service fees, and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

6. Orders

Placing an order means you agree to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7. Payments

We accept payments through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (if available).
All online transactions are handled securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or UPI details.

8. Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimated. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

Incorrect address or unavailability may lead to failed delivery and additional charges.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once items are packed or sent for delivery, cancellation is not permitted.

10. Returns & Refunds

Because groceries include perishable items, returns are allowed only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or expired product

  • Missing items

You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

11. Quality & Freshness

We take care to deliver fresh and good-quality products.
However, slight variations in weight, size, or appearance of fruits and vegetables may occur.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false information

  • Place fake or fraudulent orders

  • Abuse staff or delivery partners

  • Attempt hacking, data misuse, or system abuse

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

Super Samruddhi E-Canteen shall not be liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Delays beyond our control

  • Indirect or consequential damages

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions.

15. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
